Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase(s) from Wade in the Water Landscape & Irrigation's Garden & Gifts Shoppe.

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out as hoped, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• all items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• all items must be returned to the same store location where originally purchased
• refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase
• shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

• For quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of seed or live plant materials, as these items are perishable and cannot be re-sold once they have left our facility. We accept returns of policy-compliant, unopened, unused durable goods, such as tools and supplies, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. If an item you purchased from us is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we will fully refund or replace the item at no extra charge

Exceptions:

• all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• personalized or customized items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our part
• Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds

At Wade in the Water Landscape & Garden & Gifts Shoppe, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and safe manner. We ship our products within the United States using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. 

The shipping cost and delivery time depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can see the estimated shipping cost and delivery time before you place your order at checkout. We will also send you a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective, unless they are unopened and unused.
